Enoshiro’s Terms of Services ​are as listed below

IMPERSONATION

• Due to a recent rise of impersonators using Enoshiro's name to scam people, clients are advised to ensure that they are contacting the correct artist before placing an order.
• All social media handles associated with Enoshiro are listed in the about page.
• Enoshiro is not responsible for any impersonators or any loss of funds.

GENERAL TERMS

• The commissioner is expected to provide all relevant materials and requirements when submitting their request form.
• Both artist and commissioner should first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission process.
• The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission.

PAYMENT

• The payment currency is in USD only.
• Payment will not be accepted until the artist agrees to the take on the commission and asks for payments.
• Commissions should be paid 100% upfront before the artist takes on the request. Exceptions may be made to this rule ​under rare circumstances only.

PAYMENT

• Prices are negotiable only when bought with modules.
• Base prices are fixed and can not be negotiated.

process and delivery

Pre-commission

• The artist will notify the commissioner the start of the commissioned artwork and the Expected Turnaround Time (ETAT) will be activated.

(1) For Fast Turnaround Commissions, a reasonable extra fee will be charged depending on the timeframe.

NOTE:
If the commissioner purchases the Fast Turnaround Time extra yet fail to give feedback on a submitted draft/sketch within 24 hours, the turnaround time will increase by a day subjectively.

During Commission

After submitting the request form and completing the payment, the commissioner is expected to:

• Keep all contact lines open.
  Periodic sketches will be sent via discord, email address, or social media channels the commissioner specified in his/her request form. Keeping them open is advised to receive real-time updates on the commission.
• Provide accurate feedback as a point of reference for revisions during the sketching process.
  In case of any delays, the client will be notified via the specified contact channel by the artist.

Post-commission/ Delivery

• Once done, the completed artwork will be sent via email or discord DM as a high-resolution png file attachment. For more information, read Enoshiro's Delivery Policy.
  

  A jpeg file or other file type will also be sent upon request.

• In case the commissioner accidentally lost the original copy of the commissioned artwork, the commissioner can request the artist to send a new copy within 2 months after the artwork handover. After the 2-month grace period, the artist may delete the finished artwork.

Revisions

The commissioner is entitled to 4 revisions during the whole commission process.

Sketching Process (2 Revisions)

• Major changes such as the character pose/concept of the artwork should only be done during sketching.
• Once the sketch is approved and the artist starts inking the artwork, major revisions will be prohibited.
• Any major revisions to be done after that will come with an extra fee unless the misinterpretation came from the artist.
• For best results, the commissioner should stay active during this process to provide timely feedback and ensure an accurate depiction of the artwork.

Inking/Lineart Process (1 Revisions)

• Minor details such clothing /accessory and other smaller changes will be allowed during the lineart process.

Coloring Process (1 Revisions)

• Effects (such as lighting and shading) and color changes will be allowed during this process.

NOTE:
No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.

copyright and usage policy

For every commissioned artwork, the artist:

• Retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork unless, the commissioner requested for a commercial use of the artwork (additional fee will be applied).
• Can promote services and products with the finished artwork anywhere.​​

For every commissioned artwork, the commissioner is allowed to:

• Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise. (Example: Upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
• the artwork for personal use and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
• Use the artwork to promote themselves.
• Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

For commercial use art commissions, the following policies will be applied:

• Give credit to the artist for the finished artwork when selling the merchandise or product.

The commissioner is NOT allowed to:

• Use the artwork for AI image generation
• Resell the artwork without explicit permission from the artist (one-time resells are allowed)
• Remove the signature/ watermark of the artist
• Significantly alter/change the original work (the art itself)

For partial commercial rights, the commissioner will need to sign a contract with the artist.

NOTE:
The artist reserves the right to deny signing the partial commercial contract, so contact them beforehand about the contract. If you take the partial commercial right add-on, thecommissioner will need to pay the artist 30%-40% (negotiable) of the profits made from selling the merchandise.

cancellation policy

• The artist has the right to cancel any art commission and refund the appropriate amount.
