Delivery Method and Faster Turnaround Time

The commissioner will be notified of the Expected Turnaround Time of their purchase and are expected to understand and adhere to the following regulations:

• The default turn-around-time of each artwork is 1 week minimum and 1 month maximum. However, this timeframe may change depending on the order size and type. From 7 days (by default), the number of days needed to complete the commission will increase with a 4 days interval per extra character.
• Commissioners can choose to request a faster delivery of their requested artwork if they find the default TAT long for a reasonable additional price.
• The finished artwork will be delivered through the commissioner’s preferred contact method from the request form. Consequently, the commissioner can request for a different mode of contact to receive their finished artwork. If the file size is too large, alternative media such as direct download links or cloud links via google drive will be provided to avoid compromising on image quality.

Delivery Timeframe

• Customers may choose to ask for a faster delivery of their commissioned artwork without purchasing the faster delivery TAT Module as long as the timeframe requested is not less than ten days.
• The policy above will be null if the artist is experiencing high commission volumes, and commissions with a confirmed purchase of the module will be prioritized based on their order (hierarchy).

To calculate expected timeframe required to complete your commission please see the table below:

• Base/default character will require seven days minimum
• Each extra character will require an extra four days minimum
• Background will require about seven days minimum
• All time frames are subject to change depending on the nature of the Customer’s commission.
• This timetable is only applicable to commissions without the additional “Faster TAT” module applied.

Fast Turnaround Time (FTAT) Module

• Commissioners may purchase additional modules to speed up commission time from the request form. This module is split into the three fairly priced categories that determines the maximum time frame to complete the art commission.

• All FTAT module prices are non-negotiable and are subject to change.
• The FTAT module time table above does not cover complex commissions with more than one character and will be significantly altered to account for larger commissions.
• The FTAT module may only speed up commissions by 40-70% depending on the complexity and amount of additional characters.

Delivery Time Extension

• Delivery time is negotiable.
• The artist can ask for an extension of the delivery time if necessary (as long as the timeframe is reasonable), but the commissioner has the right to either deny or allow the artist’s request for extension. If accepted, the artist will then propose a new delivery time and complete the commission.

Fast TAT Extra

• Customers will be asked for feedback on early drafts and sketches within 24 hours of a confirmed purchase of a faster delivery module. Failure to reply or communicate with the artist within 24 hours will lead to non-negotiable delays.

Nightshade & Glaze

• Nightshade and glaze, anti-AI software developed at UChicago, will be applied to the final product by default.
• The final quality of the art may drop slightly as a result of applying the anti-AI layers.
