Refund/cancellation policy


REFUND

Enoshiro's refund policy is as follows:


The client can ask for a:

  • Full refund if the refund is requested before any work related to the commission is done. A 2Checkout fee of (10.5%) will be deducted from the total amount paid for full refunds; and
  • Partial Refund if the client requests for a refund during the sketch or lineart phase. For partial refunds, the artist will deduct 20-40% of the commission's total amount plus the 2Checkout fees (10.5%) as the cancellation fee.

Other than the statements mentioned above, no refund will be issued at any given circumstances (such as asking for refunds after the artist proceeds to color the artwork) unless:

  • the artist failed to deliver the product according to the pre-agreed Turn-around-time (TAT) during the contract signing.
  • the artist did not send the client updates of the commission's status.
  • the client did not allow the extension of the commission's timeframe; and
  • Clients chose the wrong commission option or failure to follow the rules stated in the ToS. ​


NOTE:
Automatic refund will be applied for non-delivered products. Therefore, the client is expected to ensure that they verified their payment method before completing any payments.


Change of mind is will not be accepted as a reason for refunding after the artist starts the line art.


refund method

Refunds will be paid via:

  • Payoneer
  • Wise
  • Bank Transfer
  • Transfer option(s) accepted by both the artist and the customer.

NOTE:
The commissioner will cover the transfer fees for refunds.


refund time

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the cancellation of the order is confirmed. The time may extend depending on the transfer method's processing time.
